Two Opening Nights in one. Been on the Swabian Alb yesterday to see Naturtheater Hayingen and “Die Schwäbische Odyssee”, but half of my heart was in Hallenberg with the Freilichtbühne an “My Fair Lady”… Folks go there and see the productions! It’s worth the trip!

Hayingen and Hallenberg. Swabian Alb and Hochsauerland. Die schwäbische Odyssee and My Fair Lady. Finish Finish Finish… Looking forward to the openings. Unfortunately at the same date and time on June, 17th, 14.30…

End rehearsals for „Die letzten fünf Jahre“ (The Last Five Years) by Jason Robert Brown in Cologne, together with Nadja Scheiwiller. Franziska Hetzel and Flo Hinxlage. Opening on Wednesday, second show on Thursday. Come over!

Saturday is ABBA time again with Dancing Queen Unplugged. Playing with the ensemble of my heart in the enchanting Theater im Schlossgarten in Arnstadt! Come over!

Since today the youth rock musical BRANDNACHT (Night of Fire) is available for productions. A show full of action for a young cast. Performance material available through marianne terplan theaterverlag. Anyone interested? 😉

Composing PAPA HAYDN BEATS IT for my favorite string quartet Quartett PLUS 1 – mixing Steve Lukathers fantastic guitar riff from Michael Jacksons BEAT IT with two themes of Joseph Haydns QUINTENQUARTETT (op 76/2), and doing all this in 5/4 measure – is quite some fun! 🙂
